KC + Lo’s Florida Romantic Woodsy Session in Pensacola, FL // Love Is Wild Photography

KC and Lo are good friends of ours and they were totally down to do a sunrise lifestyle session in the woods! It was hot, humid, and the mosquitos were biting, but they didn’t let it get to them a bit. In fact, they made the most of it. We met a little early, while the moon and stars were still shining bright. When it was go time, we drove up the highway to our wooded location. (I love the trees & forrest in this area!) Unfortunately, the spot I had in mind was actually closed off so instead, we went across the street to an open path that was just as good. KC and Lo crushed it! These two have been married ten years so they have such a sweet, natural chemistry. This made it all the better. I was really happy about what we captured here so we drove to Fosko’s Coffee Barr in downtown Pensacola to finish our shoot. Somehow, I dodged getting bitten by mosquitos while in the woods but on my drive over, I start to feel something biting me. I pull up my shirt and find two ticks on my body!  I pulled the blood suckers off as fast as I can and throw them out the window! We all arrived downtown to finish up our shoot. I had envisioned doing this last set of images in black and whites and with the classic look at Fosko’s, I feel it was the right choice and am stoked at how they turned out!
